WW - Rolex Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph "Zenith" Daytona, ref 16519, circa 1999, 42mm with crown guards x 47mm to lug tips, 20mm lug width, original 18K white gold screw back Oyster case with screw down pump pushers and a polished 18K white gold tachymeter bezel, brown crocodile strap with 18K white gold deployant clasp signed Rolex, original mother of pearl dial with applied silver Arabic numerals and Daytona printed in red, three inset subregisters for minute recording, hour recording and subsidiary seconds, 31J cal 4030, s#A280133, triple signed with signed clasp, deployant ref 16519, inside back ref 2119. Includes much newer inner and outer boxes, as well as a modern Daytona manual and the original matched paperwork indicating it had a mother of pearl dial and Arabic numerals. Gross weight of assembled watch without strap or deployant 62.6 dwt (97.1 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, chronograph functions and resets properly, mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, no oxide; flawless mother of pearl dial; mint hands; very lightly polished case shows very little wear, still retains some of its original factory finishing, no dents or dings; deployant shows hardly any wear; original Rolex crown shows very little wear, good threads; excellent sapphire crystal; resealed for auction. Inner and outer boxes show hardly any wear.
